The report of Mr. Jacek Pawlicki was considered and approved. (See addition).

2)      Financial relationship EDC-FMJD.

EDC always can present the detailed report. The Federations and Clubs have necessary to reconsider the offering of the financial relations.

 

The EDC Tournament time – table have been offered and approved.

 

3)      Competition system:

Decided:

The payments will stay the same, but in exception situations we  will help to poorly organisations, but this question will be considered by EDC.

All participants must live in the equally conditions.

EDC will nominate the main referee for EDC tournaments.

Mr. K. Baltazi has the negative grade in championship organisation between women. In the future do not trust him to organise the tournament without any special guaranties.

a)      Youth ( including PDF proposition new category <11 ).

To make the segregated test for the children till 11 or younger. Will play “Cup of Hope”. ( European Cup of Hope )

b) Women.

In European Championship between the women, the juniors, girls to make the team test. (Women 3).

c) Veterans.

Between the veterans to organise the one tournament, two groups of reward:

·        from 50 till 60 years,

·        60 and older.

 

4)      European Championship competition system options:

a)      Traditional ( round ).

b)      Fully open.

c)      2 stages ( open and final ).

In year of 2002 In the Holland will be holding the European championship October – November. We are opening the interesting Internet discussions how to organise the tournaments. For increase the spectator interests, would be necessary to think about the count-out systems ( play -off  ) possibilities. 

 

5)      Grand – Prix system.

Have decided that after considering the materials by the results from 1998 to accept the Grand – Prix system in compute. We will compute the club results. In the end of the year for the best club we will present the Cup. Include the

Mr.J. Chertuk in the group, who will prepare the details. The players are registrated in the European clubs or federations and are taking parts in Grand –Prix systems.

 

 

6)      European Club Competition.

Between the club tournaments, if the clubs are from the same country and they are taking the two from first three places in EDC Cup, then in the final will be two places from country.

Mr. J. Chertok about the Cup champions:

1)      For the teams have been offered to be in the formal dress at the open and final.

2)      Advisable for players to be in the team T-shirts and names.

 

7)      Acceptation for inscriptions system.

In the club tournaments would be nice to hold up at the old system. We will not make any exceptions. If the teams have named themselves, but didn’t come to the tournament, they must pay to organisers the expenses. The main arbiter must be from the country who are not the tournament organiser.

Named arbitres are:

Veterans: Henk Fokkink.

Confederation Cup: Men + Women: J. Kotek.

Juniors, girls, cadets, championship cups: have appropriate the rights to

co-ordinate and decided the questions about the arbiters.

 

8)      Others.

Offering: The European Draughts Confederation is self-sufficient club consolidation. At the EDC events the national federations don’t unaffected. The clubs are decided about the investment in the organisation. 

In the city Ufa have been offered to hold the EDC meeting.
